Account access
If you cannot sign in, first confirm whether you used email/password or Google. For email accounts, use the password-reset option in the app. For Google, retry the browser sign-in flow and check that you selected the intended Google account.
Role and data questions
Roles are fixed after initial profile setup to protect data boundaries. Do not share an account between organiser, participant, and partner roles. If the wrong role was selected, contact support from the account email.
Report content or a safety concern
Email benliew28262826@gmail.com with the subject ReEvent content report. Include the event or resource name, a clear description, and any relevant screenshot. Do not include passwords, reset links, or private QR links. ReEvent may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts where needed.
